JAMES DAILEY ELECTED VICE PRESIDENT OF INSTITUTE OF INTERNAL AUDITORS – LEHIGH VALLEY CHAPTER

ALLENTOWN, PA (May 26, 2020) – James Dailey, CIA, CFE, CRMA, a supervisor with Financial Outsourcing Solutions LLP (FOS), has been elected vice president of the Lehigh Valley chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Dailey specializes in providing risk management, internal audit, and compliance audit services to the firm’s financial institution clients. In progressive roles within FOS, James has acquired a strong knowledge base related to bank internal controls, regulatory compliance, operations, and financial management. A Herbein division, FOS is a leading provider of risk management services including internal audit, information technology consulting, and compliance services to financial institutions located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, and New York.

The Institute of Internal Auditors is a professional association that serves as the global voice and recognized authority for the internal audit profession. It has more than 200,000 global members with more than 160 chapters in North America. Founded in 1978, the Lehigh Valley Chapter has over 140 members in more than 50 organizations in various disciplines such as healthcare, manufacturing, financial and insurance services, utilities and educational services and 5 government agencies.

Dailey graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree with a major in accounting and a concentration in fraud examination.
