As a Consulting Manager for FOS, Bob specializes in providing internal audit services to our financial institution clients. With more than 15 years of experience in various banking capacities, including more than 6 years as an internal auditor at Popular Financial Holdings, Bob offers our financial institution clientele an in-depth knowledge of internal auditing, regulatory compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He has performed analytical, financial, compliance and operational audits, and has developed internal programs and policies, evaluated internal controls and trained staff members. Bob is based in our Allentown Office.

Bob graduated Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. His education also includes Bankers Edge compliance training in SOX, Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, Bank Secrecy Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act & Privacy, ECOA, HMDA, RESPA, and Fair Credit Reporting. Currently, Bob is pursuing certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA).
